Unhappy Vodacom Customer

I wrote to HelloPeter as im one of the Vodacom Customers who was not satisfied by one of the Employee of the Company, Hello Peter helped me to get back the money that was taken by that employee, the problem now was they said my phone was on Repairs and it will come back fixed and i was not going to pay for Repaires, but it came now not fixed as the Area Mananger said to me she mistakenly told me that i will not pay for the phone, now i must pay for Repairs..
