Unhappy Vodacom Client!!!!!!????????????

I have been trying to Vodacom yon your call centre for a long time now without being able to get through and through the legal agents you guys sent my account to! I had a data contract sim with you guys!And the contract ended early last year and I called in to cancel only to be promised the a new deal that will match the one I was getting elsewhere.Fast forward to 3 months later the deal still had not kicked in after being promised month after month it would! I called in to then cancel my contract with you guys only to then be contacted a year later and be told that I owe you money!how when the contract was canceled and now I’m told you’ll can’t see the cancellation on your side!????????????this is absurd because I was ensured that the contract is now cancelled and will not be going through to the next month!Whats even crazy is that there were no debit orders going through but boom a year later I’m told I owe money.This has inconvenienced me in so so many ways and this is upsetting and I would like for it to be dealt with!

This is disappointing after years and years of the support I gave Vodacom!
