UNHAPPY UPGRADE
The TELEMAKERTERS Or TELESALES do marketing on behalf of VODACOM are not doing justice to the VODACOM Client. I requested an upgrade for a better Handset and next thing the whole package I was on has been changed. I logged a call to be reversed they are telling me to wait 3 months to reverse, the upgrade.
