Unhappy regards Vodacom and their Talking point (Reward) system

So Vodacom has this option to redeem your talking point for all sorts of feature . On 17.04.2020, I opted to redeem

1. R75.00 bonus airtime (14Days) and I have not been able to use it since. I have tried calling various numbers to assist me but just machines that is answering my call - I am still old school and even technology is a good thing, you still from time to time need that personal attention.

2. I also bought the 60min 60sms (7 Day) 100 Points - no where does it say that it is for VC TO VC, oNLY afterwards I saw it is only for VC TO VC which is not what I will be needed.

Can someone please assist me to release the R75 bonus airtime as well as either put back the talking points re the 60min 60sms (7 Day) 100 Points or convert the 60 min to normal airtime
