Unhappy loyal customer

Unhappy loyal customer. I have been with vodacom for 20 years now using the same number (Loyal customer). I reported my lost Huawei Mate 50 pro on the 12th of October 2023 at Vodacom shop in Secunda Mpumalanga, provided all the documents and information required for a claim. Was told to pay access of R7342, I did and requested the Huawei Mate 50 pro. I waited for it and I was told it is on a back order. Waited and waited, made turns at Vodacom Secunda shop and it was still on back order. Then they told me that they do not have the phone at their warehouse which might mean discontinuation. I was told to choose another phone since the mate 50 pro was on back order/not Available anymore. I chose Samsung S23 ultra with an access of about R12k, I was willing to pay for difference of the access yesterday until the insurance said I don't qualify for that phone as per my insurance yet their system was able to generate the phone and the access. So when the Vodacom Secunda sales rep called the vodacom insurance department, she was told that she can't give me the S23 ultra because I don't qualify for it and they should give me Mate 50 pro which is said to be not available. I must take P60, I refused because I can not move from the Mate series to a P series. Huawei store still has a mate 50 pro why can't they source it from them? May I please have a Huawei mate 50 pro
