Unhappy long time customer
Got a call from a consultant offering me a Vodacom Kicka phone "because I am such a loyal customer" After several times asking her if this is an upgrade because I DO NOT want an upgrade and her promising me it is not, they now have delivered this phone and called it an upgrade. I may not upgrade my phone now for 24 months because of this.
