Unhappy long term Vodacom client

I have upgraded my top up contract end Oct 2019 through Vodacom rewards Co. I was promised that my contract would remain as it was prior to upgrade and I was given a once of 10gig data to use before end November 2019. In December I realized that my data bundle is no longer part of my contract as it was suppose to remain and promised by the Tele sales consultant. 2020~01~08 I contacted Vodacom upgrade query call center but after +-, 20min of holding on they could not assist as Rewards Co done the upgrade. They put me through to that department only to get.... The number you have dialed no longer exists....... I've been a Vodacom client since 1996 and this is the first time my query can not be resolved!!
