Unhappy long term client

Hey I phoned vodacom to find out when my contract expires as I have been receiving bad service from them from time to time. I phoned the customer service department and asked when my expiring date was which the guy was more than happy to give me without even asking why I what to know this. I then told him of the bad service I havebeen getting where he then only told me I am due for an upgrade which I am aware of continuing to tell me he can transfer me to the upgrade department which can offer me a special deal for being a loyal client for a couple of years now. I agreed and got transferred after holding on for some time I spoke to the agent who assisted me with a deal only to be on there online shop from my side, he tells me he can offer me a special deal for being a loyal client only to see from my side it is exactly the same deal I can get on my own via the online store. Wow now that makes you feel really special to find out they don't really care for there clients that have been with them for some time now. I ask to speak to a supervisor only to hold on yet again for a long time. I then get to speak to the Team Leader Andries from retention not the supervisor as I asked for. Andries then tries to assist me with a deal to keep me as a loyal client for the next 2 years as the contract time period only to get given options I didn't ask for and other options so he didn't even listen to what I asked for. I continue to tell him again what I'm looking for in order for him to assist me where he experienced problem with the system and guess what I get placed on hold yet again and by this time I'm am upto my next in anger listening to that non stop holding tone and hearing please stay on the line to rate the service, what service listening to that grap for a good 30min is a service. Finally Andries the agent came back and continued with trying to assist me with a deal. Guess what system problems again by now I'm wondering if he knows how to use the system if there systems are really working or they are trying to see how far they can stretch my patients. Great Andries got clever and told me he will look up a good deal for me and call me back before 14:00 since I've been on the line for 45min and still no step closer to anything. At 14:30 I decided to call Andries back since I haven't received any call from him and I still need to sleep a bit as I am working night shift. Guess what I call Vodacom asking for Andries got transferred thru to him and I am still holding for him listening to this dumass holding tone getting reminded to stay on the line to rate my call. I've been typing this entire complaint on Hello Peter as I am holding now for going on 50min to speak to Andries and nobody is letting me know if he is busy can he come back to me ASAP no I'm being left here holding on needing to connect my phone to the charger before the battery dies. So yes this is just a EXCELLENT example of why I decided to ask when my contract ends so I can get a network that actually wants their clients for a long period and don't mind assisting them with special deals for being with them for a long time period an awarding them for it. Thanks team vodacom I'm still holding and it is an hour now so guess I won't get those 2 hours back I've been holding on for the level of service I received.
