Unhappy EX Vodacom customer

I had 2 data contracts that I have paid for 24 months. This was only data contracts did not get anything with it like a handset or nothing. After the 24 months i have stopped my debit order, they have handed me over this account kept on running because i did not give notice period. So now i am paying for something that they don't even want to give me the data for. I really think that this is even legal. my contract that i have signed and paid was for 24 months. so, who give them the right to keep this running and not even informing you about this? and then hand you over knowing that you have paid for the time that you have signed for. And kept the cost running because now this is for almost R3000.
