Unhappy & dissatisfied vodacom user

Vodacom has got to be the most pathetic useless network service provider ever. At one stage indeed they were the best. Now it's beyond pathetic forget about streaming to watch a movie a simple act of going online and using WHATS APP is next to impossible. I can't get messages on time or send. Tik tok is forever saying your network is unstable. Go onto the internet it will say you are offline. And I'm not short of data my data Sim contract is 80gb and there's always more then enough data. This phone I took from vodacom recently is an honor 90 lite and I took it cause of the ram and space I knew it would be compatible with the data I have as I would enjoy streaming and watching online but no it's absolutely pathetic. Call vodacom won't get through go to the store or request and agent to do a network synchronization they will say oh I'm the only one complaining.... Now if I'm complaining as a client that gives me no right to basic customer service???? I've been with vodacom for more then 10 years my contracts are more then R1000 it's nice for vodacom to debit me month after month but when I have a complaint it's never addressed. I wish I never flippen did an upgrade I should have canceled and went over to Mtn or even telkom cause clearly vodacom doesn't care for their clients
