Unhappy disappointed vodacom customer

<p>Since Monday the 14th of November my phone has been not making outgoing calls. I called the customer care line more than 23tomes since then and they have been unable to help me with my problem, I went to the vodacom shop in Centurion on the 15th and still can't be helped.on the 16th I then drove to the head office in Midrand I'm not being helped. vodacom please help me as I can't make calls</p> <p> I can only receive calls and use whats app. </p> <p>I am really unhappy as I am a paying customer I don't even owe you. </p> <p>Vodacom please help me.</p>
