Unhappy customer - Vodapay BP Fuel voucher

Beware of Vodapay when buying BP Fuel vouchers. You pay for the BP Fuel voucher which gives you a 5% discount. The money goes off your bank card and then nothing happens. You don’t get your BP Fuel voucher.

Very embarrassing when you at the garage. You then have to find some more money to buy straight from the garage. What happens when all the money you have is what you just spent on the BP fuel voucher from Vodapay and you don’t get the fuel voucher to fuel up your car ?

I spent almost 2 weeks on their online chat on Vodapay. That is the only way to communicate with them. They have no phone number. (Surprising for a Cellphone company). I went through 3 consultants and 1 Team Leader called Maurentia who all promised to fix it.

Nothing happened !! This means they stole my money. What do you call taking money from someone and not giving them what they paid for ? THEFT !! So be careful when buying BP Fuel vouchers with them. They don’t care about not giving you what you paid for.
