Unhappy Customer via Vodacom Line Consultants

Vodacom Line Consultants are ****mers taking people for a ride. I am unhappy about how my rates went up on a phone that is not even performing well. I received a call from Vodacom consultant who misled me that she is adjusting my rates to pay less. To my surprise she did the opposite. I struggled to bring my arrears up to date. Immediately a employed ****mer called me to say she wants to make my repayments better. To my surprise my bill went higher. Firstly I was struggling to pay arrears once I cleared them I am thrown back into more debt. This is not fair I need this rates revised and at the end of the contract I am no longer extending I am cancelling this damn contract for good. We are enough of your misleading consultants.😡😡😡😡Fire those idiots that are just upsetting your customers. Coming to think that I was your customers for more than 20 years. Now I can't take it anymore.
