Unhappy customer

I had an account with vodacom few years back, 2018 I took a contract phone, which was 24 months contract then I upgraded in 2020 with another phone, 2021 before I finish my second contract I lost my job, and couldn't able to pay for the phone, so I the phone got blocked and the line s were suspended since I couldn't pay, the phone got ****** in the room they thought it was working unfortunately it was blocked, after few months I was intouch with vodacom and request for the arrangement to finish all this debt by the help of my husband, the consultant checked how much I owe in total then we agreed on the payment arrangements, I contnue pay for the phone even it was ****** until the last cents, then the consultant confirmed that I am no longer owing vodacom, they even sent me the statements that showing R0. 00 balance since 2022 vodacom was sending these invoices up until this year September 2025 vodacom is sending statements of R641.11, I am very confuse on how is that possible, all these years I was owing nothing now this? What frustrating the most is when I call vodacom customer care I don't get unswers they keep on sending me to other departments and in those departments still I'm not getting any help, now I don't know if I am being ****med here or what, I am very disappointed in vodacom, they are so unprofessional.
