Unhappy customer about vodacom poor service

Guys I have a big problem with VODACOM, this company is very manipulative they can upgrade your contract without your consent.There is this guy so called Andile from Upgrade department, he is very cruel that guy he can just talk to you and upgrade your contract without you allowing him, you can call 100 times with different consultants for the reversal of the upgrate trust me you will get no help instead they migrate to a higher package, guys I'm tired of this company they abused me, Regards very disappointed client
