unhappy customer

I was offered a router that will be deliverd by ram couries. Vodacom said if I m not happy I must just send it back. The problem is that no matter what nr I phoned, I was never able to speak to a person. It was just telephonic options to choose from. I have tried the following nrs: ***, 082111, 1187, 155.<br> <br> According the contract I must return the router within a certain time. I was unable to start up the router and decided to send it back.
