Unhappy customer

Hi please help me with Vodacom contract cellphones, I have contract with Vodacom which they delivered wrong cellphones on the 22 of October 2021,i called their customer service the following day to arrange collections for the cellphones. It's been 2 months now since they said to me that RAM courier will call me to arrange a pickup but still nothing. I have called them several times but what they know is to debit money from account without my knowledge.
