Unhappy Customer
I went to the Key West branch to upgrade my contract. I think its Brian who assisted me. I got home to find my sim card can't be used in my new cell phone. This is frustrating, he should have checked this. The following day I went back to be told I need to pay R80 for n swim swap, I refused. Why must I pay for a sim swop if my sim is not working on the phone that is offered on a different contract. I then advised the staff member about my sms that I received for a free sim swop but because I didn't have the sms to prove it he says I don't qualify. I asked him don't they keep a trail on my no on their system for sms's send to my no. He said no. So in the meantime the manager Micheal was aware of this and he also said that I had to pay. When I said lets cancel everything I no longer whant to deal with Vodacom he conveniently found the sms on the system. So after I bad to throw a massive tantrum and the stafg had to stay behind as I was the last customer, then only I was assisted. I'm really not impressed and I'm telling you now I will cancel my other 2 contracts next year.
For me it's already bad that I have to pay the once off fee every time I upgrade, Vodacom is just about money money money.
