Unhappy customer

Unhappy client I have been experiencing endless problems with the Cellsure Vodacom insurance since March 2017. My I-phone 6s device started giving me problems whereby speaker became softer as time went by and the phone juSt stopped responding . Deciding to take the phone in for repairs to my insurer was a complete waste , I had to walk up and down almost for a month to the Ghandi square Vodashop and back to my place of work. They advised me that they unable to fix the device. After contacting the insurance company telephonically they advise that I should sent an email. spoke to Allistair Louis and Cindy Mazibuko , who was not helpful at all. It makes no sense to me to pay for something which I did not break. They insisted that I should pay 15% of the phones value as excess, I refused at that time cause I did not damage the device this seemed to be an iPhone problem according to what I was told. After numerous interactions with the insurer it was clear that they are not one bit helpful, so I decided to take the matter to the Ombudsman. We were now in the month of June and I was the advised they will look into the matter. Only to find out they came back with the same excess story I tried to be reasonable I said I would pay since then I’ve been waiting for feedback as they advised that they will take it up with the insurance. One of my colleagues had had the same device he damaged the screen of the device and it fell into the water. They charged him the same excess fee ,which is unfair only to find out he was charged less and his matter has been resolved even if his complained was laid after mine ,they even provided him with a device to use while his waiting for the new one . He now has a brand new phone and I’m still waiting yet I pay each and every month religiously.

I will blow this thing up with everyone involved and if need be IPhone will hear what ****py service Vodacom offers.
