Unhappy customer!!!!

I'm absolutely not happy about the service I got. I took my phone for repairs the only problem was the screen when I took into the shop but they gave it back with more excessive damage. The back cover is absolutely ruined. I tried going back into the shop to show them but the person who fixed it blamed it on something else that is not related they now expect me to pay extra cash for their own faults.

As a loyal customer that has been with Vodacom for years I'm absolutely not happy with the service I got this time. My heart is sore.
