unhappy customer 😔

I'm so annoyed by Vodacom and their lies, i have been calling their cancellation department from beginning of the year requesting them to migrate my *** number to PREPAID but it seems like they are refusing to do so as I'm still paying for a number i no longer have, their consultants keeping promising me that the number has been migrated but come month end a debit order still goes thru on my bank acc.
