Unhappy customer

Vodastore in Rustenburg mall has the most *********** customer service and *********** management I’ve ever seen in my life, Gene was so uninformed and rude to the point that I no longer want to do business with them and want my money back… bought a phone and returned it the following day and they refused to refund me saying they don’t do refunds on phones the moment you exit the store… I’m definitely going to take this matter further… such useless people running big corporations
