Unhappy custermor vodacom sucks

Last month a day after I made payment to my contract I was called by vodacom ,the lady told me they noticed that I still buy prepaid airtime they are giving me top up data she did not notify there will be a price increase ,after the call I went on my vodacom app and saw my plan has been changed I called back requested to be put back on my original price plan the lady on the phone told me iam back on the plan I went to vodacom I was billed for data I did not received and they cannot help me because apparently they have no connection with call center people I went on My app again just to see iam being billed for June and jully for a data plan that I did not agree to be on I have called and requested multiple times to put me back on my old plan
