Unhappy client on vodacom South Africa

Vodacom Online. I have experienced very poor service with Vodacom online sales, the sales people don't care whether your enquiry gets resolved or not, I feel like they don't care whether you do business with them or move to other network provider.

I have called three weeks ago for upgrade on my existing contract, I advised them that I need upgrade on the number that im not currently using as the contract phone I bought for some1 else. I have given them my current contact details to contact in time of delivery, three weeks later after being surprised that my phones were not delivered I called them, only to be sent back and forth to all Vodacom departments, and finally I got told the phones were returned, contract cancelled as I was not available for receiving. In addition to that I can not get the phones anymore as that deal is not on special anymore.This peaced me off as no one ever called me or atleast advise on how they will call on the number that is not working.This service is very poor, I wouldn't refer no one to Vodacom. Your service is so unlike your adverts.
