Unhappy client and bad service

I have been with Vodacom for decades as their client I have 4 contract and 1 prepaid with the but the service I got made me question my loyalty to them.

I called Vodacom on the 16 October 25 querying about my stuff, after I was offered upgrade on 2 of my contracts of which I ended up taking them I was promised 2 phones I only received 1 phone instead of on the 22 October 25, I called Vodacom they said I must call Skynet I have been both companies and yesterday I was told that my order was sent back to Vodacom and today is cancelled because they couldn't find the yet there we able to send the first phone on the same address.

I'm so so so unhappy with the service I got from Vodacom I haven't even received a single I'm the one whos been calling
