Unhappy client
<p>I am struggling to sort out a query for 2 weeks now, I am almost everyday on the phone with call centre, everyday they promise they will phone me back, but no one ever does. They send me an sms saying "If your query is not resolved in 24 hours, reply NO and we will call you back" when I reply NO, I get another message saying " an callback has been logged, someone will call you back in the next 24 hours" BULL****!! No one does. I am now fed up with them</p>
