Unhappy client
"The number you have dialed does not exist". This is what I get when calling my number that I have been using for 6 years. I logged a call with Vodacom last week and had to do 2 sim swops in one day. The number worked for 2 days then went back to the same state. Upon calling and speaking to Ephraim Phosa yesterday, he said I must do another sim swop and who is paying for all this sims and the petrol to go to the shops to do this. He started screaming at me and refused that I speak to a team leader. I am really unhappy about the service that I am receiving. Ref : A9-bjvf-k02r0 and A2-b7k7-bms2ai logged with Vodacom. I have left Vodacom an alt number to call me on.
