unhappy client

Good day. A friend of mine that lost her husband a month ago which I'm trying to help as this is the SAME problems I had when I lost my husband with Vodacom. her husband has both there numbers on his name when he passed away. he went to Vodacom Horizen Shopping centre on thursday last week to sign all paperwork signed and to transfer the contract in her name. he consultant in the shop told her when she left all paperwork is signed and will be sent through to Vodacom. Her line was then disconnected and i phoned in to the Deceased department to be told she has to pay R832.00 for her line to be connected again. so yesterday i took her back to the Vodacom shop and the same consultant then made her sign more papers and to pay R63.00 something like that which she did pay and i still asked him is this all finished with now he said yes and while in the shop her line was connected this latest until this morning. She now can only make calls to landlines. Please can this matter be sorted out as we are elderly pensioner and need our cells to work should we need to get hold of our children in an emergencies. Vodacom ref *** or I***0

I received a response from my post that Vodacom would be in contact with me. As of the 12th October 2024 time 14.30 I have had no communication with them.
I am writing this email as i am helping a friend whose husband passed away a month ago to let you know how Vodacom Chatz Horizon has treat both her and myself. There is a consultant that has been handling this matter since last week Thursday the person's name is Nhlanhla not sure how to spell his name. I have had to take my fried to the shop twice now which is my petrol and time and we are both Sassa pensioners to be treated by this person with Contempt,Ruden,Unfriendly Does not listen but speak over a client when i am speaking used my cell when telling him to call *** as he was calling other numbers and wasting our time. I asked who is the manager he just pointed with his finger to someone sitting in the shop when i told this person he did nothing to help. i am so upset with the treatment both of us have received and been told when we go to the give Vodacom 48 hours to resolve the problem and that comes and goes and we have to start all over again with this person who is not friendly consider or helpful but just comes to work to earn his monthly salary. He make you feel as if clients are wasting his time as his headphones are on his head all the time.
I am totally disgusted with how we have be treated.
