Unhappy, angry and disappointed

So I received a call from this number ***, that sells contract stuff on behalf of vodacom. The lady that I spoke to, we agreed on the 24 months contract. The following day, the second lady called to confirm the contract and she said its a 36 months contract and I told her that was not the agreement, she must cancel the order and she confirmed that she will send it back. On Tuesday I received an sms saying my order will be dispatched, I ignored the sms since the order was confirmed as cancelled. This afternoon I received another sms saying the order will be delivered in 72 hours. When I called them to understand why the order was dispatched without a client's confirmation they hung up on.

I have been a vodacom client for more than a year now and I am not happy with what just happened.
