Unhappy about false information given from Vodacom

Never in a million years did i expect to receive such horrible service from a vodacom shop. I visited the vodacom branch at the waterval mall during Feb because i was contacted with regards to an upgrade on my modem , when we got there the consultant ( Judy ) assisted us , we asked what was our options and was told that we could choose anything . The consultant explained the payment process and how much difference we would pay which we were happy with .I went to vodacom on the 04 March to collect it and was served by another consultant , after he was done he left us at another counter to wait for the technician , he then took the laptop and started activating it , when he was done he told me that the laptop had no office documents and that i had to buy them myself , he also said that everything else would expire after 30 days , my wife still remarked and said if that's the case we must just leave it , at this stage no one is explaining to us about the policy . I'm now being forced to pay for something i'm not satisfied with because they don't return laptop , WHY DID VODACOM NOT FEEL THE IMPORTANCE OF INFORMING ME ON THE POLICY VODACOM IS ******** CUSTOMERS TO MAKE TARGET.
