Unhappy

So my contract mobile number has been a prepaid number since some time last year. I have been toping up with airtime which I purchase and for some reason vodacom is now sending me text messages to let me know my account will be deactivated as I am in arrears. I am fed up with vodacom and the poor customer service my sim card is on prepaid and I would like to know for what reason do they now want to deactivate services. When a person try an phone customer care there is no answer, you send an email they take years to respond but so quick for them to send threatening text. So I would now really like to know where to from here.

So vodacom had made contact with me yesterday I was unable to speak I asked the person who called me to give me a call back today before 10 and he agreed.

It is was 10h08 I am still waiting on that phone call which was agreed and now vodacom is again harassing me with text messages this is so pathetic and I am getting sick and tired of this it's either vodacom get this sorted or I am taking the matter to the ombudsman simple as that.
