UNHAPPY!!

Vodacom has wrongfully migrated me to a package i didnt agree on and which is totally out of my budget , i was told im going to get my refund back within 7 working days , it is now two weeks i received nothing , no calls regarding the update or feedback , they always say they will get back to me and no such thing happens , i am fed up of calling the call center and waiting two hours for help

I am now going to open a case against them for *****
