Unhappy

I am so disgusted by Vodacom, I am a new customer and app**** for a cellphone contract. I did everything over the phone with a consultant and everything was approved, some department was supposed to call me for confirmation. I advised the consultant to call me a certain time as I am not always able to answer my phone, they always called at times I couldn't answer. As a result my application was cancelled and my rating is now low according to vodacom so I cant reapply for the contract. So happy I saw how useless Vodacom was before I took out a contract with them, I can imagine the problems I would have had. Very unhappy
