Ungappy about Vodacom'

Vodacom is the most useless and pathetic cellphone netwerk.. I have my current nr on Vodacom for how many years now..I wanna open my own contract using my current nr..

They just won't assist me,according to them my credit record is low so they can't assist me..How many account must i open to have a contract.

According to Trans Union and credit score my rating is very good but still vodacom won't assist me..
