UNFULLFILLED PROMISE/MISLEADING CUSTOMERS
I bought a samsung galaxy core prime cellphone at Northgate vodacom shop in August 2015, vodacom was running a promotion of R700.00 mpesa account, and I was asked to pay certain fee to activate my contract in order for me to qualify for that promotion
