Unfriendly/pure rudeness

Phoned Vodacom too smyort out a matter due too my debt order being missed spoke too a lady named Ziphilile who was so rude she even clicked her toung over the phone when I asked too deal with sameone else she told me no one was there.. no help. I can not believe the way I was treated truly not happy..... what is with Vodacom I know being on account can't be easy but co men certacy too customers should always apply can't wait for my contract too end.
