Unfriendly and unhelpful staff

<p>Sad to say that after 22 years with Vodacom , I have decided to move my mother to a network provider who's staff are helpful and actually concerned about keeping its loyal customers. ****arney Vodacom has the most inept staff who are not aware of the products they offer, the ability to create a deal package or even care if the client is threatening to move carriers. If this is what Vodacom thinks of its loyal customers then maybe its time to move !!!</p>
