Unfairly blacklisted

I cancelled my contract with them three years back. I tried to apply for an absa loan and was told that vodacom blacklisted me. Not only did I get high interest rates from absa,i still dont have a clear explanation as to why I was blacklisted. They promised to clear my name but I still havent heard from them and calling them is a time and money consuming process
