Unfair treatment from Vodacom

I was previously advised by Vodacom on the 2nd September 2019 their intentions to suspend my account for non payment. However, I emailed them the same day advising my situation and to this date never received a response. What's worse is that on 23rd February 2019 they emailed me advising no payment has been made. I responded to that same email address they specified to respond to (***) with my new bank details for them to change my bank details so that my debits could be successful and yet nobody bothered to respond my email let alone change my bank details, now they suspend my number! This is absolutely unfair treatment of a customer and if this is what Vodacom thinks is great customer service then I really feel sorry for their employees. I even went on the website to try and get another email address but there seems to be something wrong with the website as well on the Contact Us tab. I need someone to please contact me via my email as requested! I've been a loyal customer for a long time and feel that this is definitely not customer centric. Please can someone contact me urgently regarding this matter?!

Reviewer Update
The next day after I lodged this complaint I received an email asking for my ID no. to be assisted, I sent my ID no. immediately. I am still waiting to be assisted, really Vodacom? What kind of service are you giving customers? Are you more interested in only taking money from us instead of assisting us? Please, just do your job?
