Unfair Process for Internet Fibre Rollout

We have been awaiting news from service providers as to when we can expect fibre internet to be rolled-out in our suburb. All requests for more information from the ISPs have just resulted in the same answer - that none of them have any plans to extend their network to Johannesburg's southern areas. I have just found out that despite the assurances that there are no plans to bring fibre internet to our side of town, that Vodacom is currently building infrastructure in the suburb right next to ours! Any requests for help with faster internet are also met with the standard answer that we could use Vodacom's LTE options to speed up our access. That does not help us either - their coverage map shows a gap in their coverage right over our suburb!

As I have already explained in the above complaint, I have been in direct contact with the service provider already. I have already been told that there are no plans to extend the coverage into our general area, but I can clearly see that orders are being taken on Vodacom's web site for the neighbourhood that is directly next to ours.

It has now been a week, and I have yet to receive any kind of meaningful response from Vodacom.
