Unfair Practice app**** by Vodacom

Vodacom applies the FIFO principle instead of the LIFO principle. I have a contract of 400 minutes per month. Saved 200 minutes in January. Allocation for February is then 600 minutes after carry over. Used only 400 minutes per month in Feb. Got only 400 minutes in March - the 100 surplus minutes has now been cancelled. Surplus is only allowed to be caried over for 2 months. As per Vodacom Practice the new allocation needs to be used first and only then can one utilise the surplus.

However, if one exceeds your minute allocation for the month and exceeds by 100 minutes, you get charged for the 100.

Why do one gets charged for exceeding but not allowed the benefit for minutes not utilised!!
