Unfair Practice

i have been a contract subscriber with vodacom since 2011 ,and i am a pensioner ,i have 3 lines with them with most recent being recieved mid june 2017 and with the agreement that my debit order date would be the last day of the month but the went and debited on the 26 June 2017 as i had insufficient funds to honour the debit my bank the penalized me R 115 , on the 29 June 2017 the closed my other two lines of which they were paid up till the the 30th June which is my debit date upon calling the call centre i was told it was because of the arreas of the one line which i the asked is it fair for them to close the ones that are up to date i was told that it is procedure.

the financial inconvinience caused by their early debit is not addressed use of the phone srvice thats i pay for taken from me is that fair to me as a consumer and instead of calling me to adress the issue i recieve automated calls .

i feel that has been a breach of contract and maybe they should just take their phones and sim cards and we part ways and this months debits returned to me.
