Unfair on the unemployed.

I was unemployed for 8 and a half months. Over that time I could not pay my accounts and hence got into debt. Vodacom, despite me telling them that I am unemployed, decided to debit my account with the whole outstanding balance.

Because I could not pay that they have handed my account over for collection. I cannot pay the required amount that they want as I only recently became employed in a job with a lower salary and also because I have accumulated the debt and never got a cent from the UIF, I have many people that I owe money to.

Vodacom do not understand what it is like to be unemployed.
