Unfair of not receiving YouTube Premium package

Around early February i bought a 30Gb for the whole month and the package was coming with a 2 month YouTube premium but to date i have never got any logins for the said premium package of YouTube. I then contacted Vodacom they told me about being sympathetic with me and further said the package is long gone so there's nothing they can do about what I have already saw when I bought the package. And mind u even last month of January I bought the same package and never received YouTube Premium package
