Unfair labour practices and unfair dismissal
My son aged 19 worked for Vodacom Fox Street Johannesburg for 6 months And when he hit rock bottom and was traumatized and couldn't handle work Pressure was found using substance.And without any Written warning and with just 2 hearings he was promised to he taken to rehabilitation facility however to my disappointment he got dismissed instead of helping him through coping or recovery.Which I feel it is an unfair labour practice and dismissal.I need them to do the right thing help my son recover and reinstate him.It dies not mean because he is much younger he must be fired like a dog.Now due to this dismissal that happened in the last two weeks of December he is more confused and experiencing a mental breakdown.They took advantage of a much younger black child.If they do not respond amicably and sort out their mess I am going to take them to task with all relevant departments.My number *** or whatsapp number ***

This is not a matter to be addressed by a consultant but by management and HR.It is a dismissal and unfair labour practice.How dare you this simply means this complaint and grievance is of less importance to Vodacom or your sub contractors.
Please hear me out,I am asking you to take action to help my son and myself because he is going through unnecessary trauma and depression since his unfair dismissal in December 2022.HR or team leaders were supposed to organize therapy and rehabilitation before deciding to fire him like a dog just because he is a black or African child.And also legal and labour practices were violated when they took him to hearing.Failing to help me help my son I'll go to relevant labour departments and the CCMA,because you make us feel like beggars,dogs and unprofessional people.We know our rights just at the moment we going through pain and crises.Please do not destroy a black by taking advantage of him.

13 Jan 2023, 09:00Please this is not a query but a matter of life and death.It is your obligatio and duty to take my 19 year old son to a rehabilitation and therapy facility,pay him his monthly salary and reinstate him after he fully recovers.I am deeply hurt and distressed by your unauthorized law practices and unfair dismissal.Just plan a meeting with us parents and do the right to rectify your horrible actions.I shall not rest until my son's justice is served urgently.
