Unfair Labour Practice in Vodacom Projects.

I have been a customer of vodacom for a long period until todate i got very big disappoint and unfiar treatment from Vodacom Project Represatatives. I have lodged a complain to a project represantatives and they were biased and noy willing to assist. We are working for Vodacom project of battery installations and we are treated like slave by the contractors under Vodacom . The employees are working from 6:00 to 2:00 in the morning without resting and not paid overtimes. We are not got paid for december and when we escalate this issue to vodacom they wash their hands. This is very bad and we feel like they dont care about people.
