Unfair Increase

I am very disgusted with Vodacom, as I am aware that vat has now changed from 14% to 15% as from 1 April 2018, which would mean that my Smart Top Up S contract should go up by R1 maximum, but now my 'Smart Top Up S + Line Rental' has gone up from R245.22 to R286.09 before vat. This is really unacceptable as now my whole debit order has gone up by R46.42 and not by 61 cents which is should have gone up by which is the 1% increase from 14% to 15%??? My husband and my son's contracts have gone up by minimal and mine has gone up with over 20% and not just the vat was increased. How does this work - I can't accept this and Vodacom is already ripping off their customers...I signed a 24 month contract for the specific plan, so it should not have gone up with R40.87 until I upgrade again at a new contract plan rate. I spoke to Sibongile from the Call Centre today at 13:12 to inquire and she told me that all plan's have been changed, but like I said my husband and sons contract plans weren't changed.
