Unfair hand over
I am unemployed... I am not on UIF yet after 6 months. In December I asked them to lower my premium. They put me on a 24 month contract. In January they invoice me for the balance the contract and didn't give me a statement. I now find out that I am handed over to the attorneys. That is unsympathetic and not putting the customer first by giving leeway.
