Unfair Deduction and Bad treatment received
I started bought Huawei 2019 Y7 in Seshego Circle Polokwane with an agreement of R382 monthly payment through debit order in 2019. Towards the end of 2019 u received a call where I was advised to Top up. My payments exchanged automatically to R624. The package was very good cause as a student I was given 4GB that helped me during my studies
We fortunately got 30GB data from the University I then went to the store to request that they downgrade my payment back to R389. That's when I got a threat that I will have to pay a R1000 to change option. I went to the second Viacom store in Polokwane town. A consultant took my number in June and promise that I will receive an SMS that shows that yhe matter has been resolved.
I got shocked when discover that money has been deducted again from my bank. In July 2020 I went again to the shop. I showed them the lady who helped me before. The lady yelled at me and accusing me. She then gave me a number to call saying it's not their case. She was without a name tag. I called I spoke to a lady again who didn't want to tell me her name she also yelled at me. Telling me about my ignorance. Thats when I started reversing the transactions in my debit order in August and September 2020. I couldnt get helped change option till today. Yeeterday on the 26th I again went to Seshego Voda shop but still they want me to pay full R624 pay hence my explanation. I cant håve plenty of data in my phone and pay R624 for the next Six month till September 2021 with a phone that worth R3900.
Now they blocked my phone.. Hence after a series of consultations..
