I have an Vodacom account for my Tablet @ R79 <br> I app**** a month ago for a new cell contract at Vodacom ( left my previous supplier)<br> They informed me after I had to phone them a couple off times that I am declined: Affordability<br> <br> I have a clean credit record all my life<br> I am not black listed or have any bad debt<br> I do not have alot of debt<br> I do earn a good salary (book keeper)<br> I am working more than 3 years at a company<br> I have a house bond on my name (there was no problem with applying there...)<br> I am married <br> The old cell account was only R230 per month and the new one at Vodacom was R279 (not much difference)<br> It is a top up contract<br> How can you decide I can not afford to pay R279 per month if I could pay the R230 for more than 10 years at my previous supplier ?<br> Check my records.<br> I spoke to the branch manager - can't help my - head office <br> I sent email to Customer Care 2 days later no reply<br> I sent email to Vodacom CEO no reply<br> I was informed that no matter where I apply for a contract Vodacom wil decline me again because I was declined before.<br> I was told to wait about 3 months and try again...<br> <br> This is pathetic !<br>
